We offer a free initial consultation, whether by telephone or in person. There is no ‘hard sell’.
If you feel we are able to help you, we can then formally take you on as a new client, and contact your old accountant (if you have one) to ensure a smooth transition (we deal with this – see the Changing Accountant section).
